When you book a collection or send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, collection address, shipment details, the services you are interested in and, if you choose, the charity you nominate.

How we use it

• To arrange collections and send you booking documents and labels.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To report to you on the devices you send us.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the courier that collects your devices. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Data on your devices

Data is deleted from every device prepared for resale.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
